Refund and Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed. You’ll also need to provide a screenshot of your order form/proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via the "Contact" form on our website and let us know why you would like to return your item/s. If your return is accepted please pop it in the post back to us. Make sure you make the parcel secure by using a delivery postage bag and tape if needed, please keep in mind that you are responsible for this parcel until it reaches us. Make sure to track your return so that you're safe if it gets lost in the post. We ask that you cover the cost of postage back to us and a new order unless the item/s are incorrect or faulty.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can only accept returns if they are in new condition - un used and unworn.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and had a good look at your return (refunds are only eligible for the above reasons). We will let you know if the refund was approved or not via email or txt message. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Delivery Address
Please provide a physical street address – we’re not able to deliver to a P.O. Box. You will need to sign for you order on delivery too so make sure it's an address you will be at during working hours.
