We aim to pick and pack your order within 24hrs of receiving confirmation of purchase.

Orders made over the weekend and during NZ public holidays will be picked, packed & dispatched the following Monday (or next business day)

Additional charges for international orders

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Ballsy. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

My order is late?

Please understand that the estimated delivery times above are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.

Do you deliver to a PO Box?

Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT P.O BOXES as a delivery address. If you are using a P.O Box, please enter in your local post office address as you will be able to collect your package from their facility.

 

How can I track my order?

In your email you will find your tracking link from either one of our two shipping partners. Following your individual tracking link, you will have an available contact number for your local office to make any queries.

 

What if I am not home?

Contact the local customer services from one of our two shipping partners to make a change to your delivery method.
